NerionX (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a pharmacy commerce platform that helps licensed pharmacies manage catalog, orders, and fulfillment through NerionX Hub and related services.

• Account and organization data — pharmacy name, business registration details, contact names, email addresses, phone numbers, and billing information provided during onboarding or account management.
• Operational data — product catalog entries, inventory metadata, order records, fulfillment status, API usage logs, and configuration settings for your NerionX workspace.
• Technical data — IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers, session cookies, and diagnostic logs needed to secure and operate the platform.
• Support communications — messages you send to our team, including attachments and feedback submitted through support channels.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the NerionX platform and Hub API.

We retain information for as long as your organization maintains an active account and as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or regulatory requirements.

When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it in accordance with our retention schedules.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; you are responsible for safeguarding account credentials within your organization.

Organization administrators can update account details in the dashboard. For other requests, contact us at the email below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

NerionX may process and store information in countries other than where your organization is located. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

NerionX is a business-to-business platform and is not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
